- No returns. All sales are Final.
- Please note that once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.
2. Exchanges on a case by case basis (item you would like to exchange is in stock). If accepted, you will be charged a shipping fee (to and from parkpixies.shop headquarters) along with a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges must be made within 14 business days (of your item being marked as delivered) and invoices must be paid within 2 hours of being sent to the customer.
2a. Any items that are being exchanged and are visibly worn, damaged, or laundered, will not be approved for an exchange and I will send the order back to you.
2b. Exchanges are only available for the exact item.
